About Fase To
A good product is just the start.
Many technology startups succeed at building the product. The challenge comes when they also have to build the company around it.

From product to company
What worked at the start doesn't always keep working.
In the first phase, most of the work is building the product, understanding the market and landing the first customers. The founding team works closely together, decisions are made quickly, and everyone pitches in wherever needed.
As the company grows, the situation becomes more demanding. There are more opportunities. More people need to work toward the same goal. Customer needs, product development and commercial priorities all have to line up. Meanwhile, the founder is often still responsible for most of it.
This is where many companies stall. Not because the product lacks potential, but because the capacity and structure around it haven't developed fast enough.
Fase To exists for this transition.

How we work
We work where the work happens.
Fase To joins the leadership team and takes responsibility for agreed areas. The mandate might cover strategy, commercial development, organisation, or a specific initiative that needs to be driven forward.
The work continues from clarification and decision through to implementation and operation. That keeps the distance from analysis to action short, and lowers the risk that important initiatives stall along the way.
Build a shared picture
We clarify goals, the situation, and what's actually stopping the company moving forward.
Choose what matters most
We translate the challenges into a few clear actions with ownership and expected impact.
Build it into operations
We drive the work together with the team until new decisions, systems and ways of working actually function in practice.
Fase To delivers operational capacity, not a report the company then has to find time to implement.

Behind Fase To
Strategic enough to see the whole picture. Operational enough to get it done.
Fase To is founded by Ole-Martin Høyrem, with a background in strategy and management consulting and several years in operational leadership roles at a Norwegian technology company in growth.
He was there from the first commercial customer to international scaling across three continents, where the company became category leader in Europe.
Experience has shown that growth rarely stalls because the team lacks ideas. More often, the company lacks time, clear ownership and the capacity to turn ambition into coordinated action. Fase To was established to fill that gap, with a role shaped to the situation and responsibility that is always concrete.
I've seen how demanding the transition from team to company can be. Fase To is built on the idea that advice has the most value when it's combined with responsibility, involvement and execution.
